Create a free account, start a new paper, say what you are writing, and drop your sources on it - PDFs, recordings, photos. RealEntity reads them and drafts a structured, cited document in minutes; every citation opens the exact place it came from. You refine the draft in the editor and export when ready.

Any of your material. Documents (PDF, Word, text) are read and indexed, ready to be cited. Recordings of interviews and meetings become transcripts synced to the audio - citable to the minute. Photos become evidence: albums recognise people, objects, and text. And if you need a figure, you can generate an image and refine it by chat. Everything lands in one research room, where analyses - gaps, contradictions, timelines, comparisons - become material a paper can cite too.

Citation integrity. A generated draft here is grounded in your own sources: every claim carries a citation that opens the actual page, the minute of the recording, or the photo - and your own notes are never dressed up as outside evidence. The free plan includes 1,000,000 tokens every month, with no credit card required - that is roughly enough each month for around 30 AI-generated images, 1-2 hours of audio transcription, or tens of thousands of words of writing, mixed however you like.

Subscription tiers provide monthly tokens that renew each billing cycle, along with storage limits and feature access. Token packages are one-time purchases that never expire and can be used to supplement your subscription or purchased individually without a subscription.

Yes, you can change your subscription tier at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the new tier's benefits. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access to your current tier until then.

Monthly subscription tokens reset at the beginning of each billing cycle and do not carry over. However, tokens purchased through one-time token packages never expire and remain in your account until used.

Security and privacy are our top priorities. We encrypt your data in transit and at rest, enforce strict access controls, and host on secure infrastructure in the EU, under GDPR. Your content is never used to train AI models.

Your content is yours - commercially, forever. Everything you create in your workspace (papers, drafts, analyses, exports, generated images) belongs to you: we claim no rights in it beyond what is technically needed to store and serve it, and you may publish, sell, and adapt it with no attribution required. Content you buy on the Marketplace is different: purchases grant a Standard License for personal, educational, and internal business use - see our IP & Licensing policy. Purely AI-generated material has evolving copyright status in some jurisdictions; what we promise is that we claim nothing.
